This amazing 152 acre public hunting area is located 6 miles NW of
Tipton on Jackson Road. It consists of upland timber, reconstructed
wetland, and several acres of prairie grasses. No facilities are
provided. The area was purchased with a Wildlife Habitat Stamp
grant, a Pheasants Forever grant, and REAP money. Ducks
Unlimited helped fund the wetland project.
