Located 3 miles south of West Branch on county Road X30 in
the town of Downey, is a 1 acre green space for day use with
picnicking. There is a building with A/C, furnace and modern
restrooms that can be reserved by contacting the Conservation
Board. Camping and Hunting are NOT permitted. This area was
donated to the CCCB in 2001 by the Pioneer Seed Company.
